Open Houses
The Millikin Homestead is open to the public for tours:
- The last Sunday of each month, April – October
- 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- Open House tours are FREE for members (includes two adults and two children)
- Open House tours for nonmembers are $5.00 for for those over 12. Children under 12 are free with adult. Must be 12 or older to tour without and adult.
Book a Private Tour
In addition to the Open House hours, private tours can be arranged to accommodate your schedule.
- Individual: $10.00 per person; minimum $40.00
- Youth Groups (summer camps, clubs, etc.): $1.00 per person
- School Groups: Free
Rental Information
Inside Rentals
- Maximum occupancy: 50-75 people
- Approximately 35-40 people can be accommodated for a sit-down meal

Outside Rentals
The lawn of Homestead is also available for rental. The beautiful grounds provide a lovely setting for a wedding or party.
